Il progetto nasce nel 1993 da Davide Iannaco, all’epoca anche proprietario della rinomata pizzeria “La Taverna”, decise di far provare i suoi impasti e le sue tradizioni culinarie, ad un pubblico più vasto e tradizionalista, amante della vera pizza napoletana
